Who is behind CPX?
Client Payroll Exchange was founded by Kevin Waller, a UK payroll consultant and payroll bureau owner with extensive experience of providing, managing and supporting outsourced payroll services.
CPX grew from conversations within the payroll bureau community about the practical challenges involved in running a payroll practice — particularly compliance, resilience, continuity and the relationship between payroll providers and their clients.
CPX operates independently. Over time it is intended to draw on wider input from member firms, contributors and others working across the client payroll sector.
